This website provides general information about the services of Hockley Pharmacy and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are unwell or worried, speak to a pharmacist, your GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency call 999.

Booking requests

Submitting the booking form is a request. An appointment is only confirmed once we have contacted you. Services, availability and eligibility are subject to clinical assessment by a pharmacist.

Prescription-only medicines

Prescription-only medicines are supplied only following an individual consultation, where clinically appropriate. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply them without that assessment.

Accuracy

We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but services, prices and opening hours may change. Please call 01702 203233 to check.
