What we collect
- Booking requests: your name, email, phone number, chosen service, preferred date and time, and any notes you add.

Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To arrange, confirm and manage your appointment and to reply to you: consent and steps taken at your request.
- For weight management, to prepare for your consultation: explicit consent, and the provision of healthcare by a regulated professional.
- To keep the website secure: legitimate interests.
Who sees it
Only authorised pharmacy staff. We use email and hosting providers to run the website. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal and professional record-keeping duties, then securely deleted. Clinical records created during your consultation follow NHS and GPhC retention guidance.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, or object to it, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
